Situation:      Sparcmedia was an independent digital media business that the CEO recognised needed further funding to achieve the goals for the business

Task:             Your CFO Solution was engaged to analyse the business model, work with the CEO to put it into a shape whereby it would be Investor Ready & through to completion of a deal.

Action:         Your CFO Solution undertook a full review of financial processes of the business, implemented some financial disciplines to put the business on a firm footing & compiled an ambitious but realistic financial forecast. We then worked with the Corporate Finance advisers to compile an Information Memorandum & start the Due Diligence compilation. Once we had identified a number of potential investors, we took part in many of the presentations & discussions, as part of the management team.
